Development SMART-L EWC on schedule

Very soon the SMART-L Engineering Development Model on our test tower in Hengelo will be replaced by the first of class production of the SMART-L EWC. The big difference between the EDM and the SMART-L EWC is that it can rotate.

Project Manager Armando Spinosa stands on the test tower and explains the functionalities of our SMART-L EWC, a fully digital Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar. The advanced technology allows this radar to detect objects at a range up to 2,000 km.
